  • The Regulator has published the Draft Report to the 2025 MAIB pricing policies investigation. The Regulator invites submissions on matters raised in the Draft Report and in the Terms of Reference. Submissions close 5pm on 20 June 2025.​

  • The Regulator has received an application​ for an electricity generation licence for a solar farm at “Connorville" near Cressy and seeks submissions from interested parties. ​

  • The Regulator has commenced an investigation into reserve prices for owner-operator taxi licences and has published a ​fact sheet​ and short ​survey​ for interested parties to complete.​
